Kenny Wallace Finishes 18th in Debut of the #36 Shark Energy Drink Dodge

Fontana, CA – After two days of inclement weather, the Shark Energy Drink Dodge made its debut this afternoon with a 18th place finish in the NASCAR Nationwide Series Stater Bros. 300 from California Speedway.
Kenny Wallace rolled off 36th today due to qualifying having been rained out on Saturday. Still, the #36 Shark Energy Drink team was confident that they could come away with a solid finish in their first start of 2008.
"The effort today by the guys on the #36 Shark Energy Drink Dodge was awesome. This was our first race to work together, so you can’t be too disappointed with an 18th place outcome," said Kenny Wallace.
The #36 Fitz Motorsports team continued to work hard throughout the race – methodically working on the #36 Shark Energy Drink Dodge each pit-stop to correct a loose Dodge. "The guy’s kept working on it and there at the end we had it right, because I was catching some good teams," said Kenny.
